How do I promote my blog?

Promoting a blog takes time and work. However, it is never too late to start. Here are just a few pointers I can think of.

1) Activate RSS feed.
2) Activate ping service.
3) Let your blog be listed in blog listings.
4) Write regularly and consistently.
5) Find your niche and stay focused.
6) Include your blog in your email signature.
7) Comment on blogs of like minded people and build on online social capital.
8) Be patient!
