The distance between two people is the depth of the void between them when they stare face to face. It is the vacuum that is evaded better with silence than words. It is the unsaid norm that is dictated by neither yet commanded by both.

Hmmm.
deep... The distance between life in US and India is not measured in miles. And in my mind I take it that it is another galaxy I dont want to live in. An imagined void which I dont want to bridge.
Notwithstanding the philosophical aspects, physical distances have their own impacts on the interaction among humans; good as well as bad.
