Recipe for egg salad sandwiches:

Boil 8 eggs. The method I use is found here: http://www.ehow.com/how_1163_boil-egg.html
-Chop the boiled eggs into little bits, yolks and all...and put them in a large bowl
-Add 1/2 - 2/3 cups mayonnaise or "Miracle Whip" salad dressing, or you can add more if you like.
-You can also add 1-2 tsp. of lemon juice 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/4 tsp. white pepper, and 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley if you like.
-Mix well until it is creamy and is slighty yellow.
-Put between 2 pieces of sandwich bread, or serve on lettuce as a nice side dish!
-Enjoy!

Umm... I'm not sure why there's an egg salad sandwich recipe there, but re: cousins? HAHAHAHAHA. So true.
